Jamin in collaboration with 1Portofino, premium Yachts charter in Portofino, offers you the First one Boating experience of having a unique aperitivo.

- Our skilled skippers will take you from the bay of Portofino or Santa Margherita Ligure to San Fruttuoso Camogli, with an unforgetable stop on our exsclusive undewater wine cave (UWW-01) of Cala degli inglesi where it will be possible knows and undestand the secrets of tecniques underwaterwines ageing that builded the famous knowhow and expertise of Jamin Portofino ( the first Company specialized in underwaterwines ageing).
- Also only with our Capelli Tempest 900 you can see on our monitor in real time the underwaterwines lulled by the sea on 52 meters (the Deepers Wine cave in the World).
Extimated Duration: 20/30 minutes
- After a small refreshing time in the water of Protected Marine Area our skipper boating to the our exclusive traditional fisherman area where you can taste our Champagne -52 pairing with oyesters or praws (local scampi of Santa Margherita).
- During the Aperitivo it will be possible to visit the underground cellar of Jamin, located inside a bunker of the Second World War, where you'll be able to discover the hidden peculiarities of the area and the place where the Underwater Champagne is immersed and also you can prebook your exclusive Privilege Collection (just 300 of bottles every year).

- Then you can go to dinner in San Fruttuoso, Porto Pidocchio or Portofino and the boat will be waiting to take you back. Dinner is not included in the price but only the taxi boat service is included.

I nostri abili skipper vi accompagneranno dalla baia di Portofino o Santa Margherita Ligure a San Fruttuoso Camogli, con un'indimenticabile sosta nella nostra esclusiva cantina sottomarina (UWW-01) di Cala degli inglesi dove sarà possibile conoscere e comprendere i segreti di tecniche di invecchiamento subacqueo dei vini che hanno costruito il famoso know-how e la competenza di Jamin Portofino (la prima azienda specializzata nell'invecchiamento subacqueo dei vini).
Inoltre solo con il nostro Capelli Tempest 900 puoi vedere sul nostro monitor in tempo reale i vini subacquei cullati dal mare a 52 metri (la Grotta del Vino Deepers nel Mondo).
Aperitivo
Dopo una breve sosta rinfrescante nelle acque dell'Area Marina Protetta il nostro skipper si dirige verso la nostra esclusiva zona di pescatori tradizionali dove potrete degustare il nostro Champagne -52 in abbinamento con ostriche o gamberi (scampi nostrani di Santa Margherita).
Durante l'Aperitivo sarà possibile visitare la cantina sotterranea di Jamin, situata all'interno di un bunker della Seconda Guerra Mondiale, dove potrete scoprire le peculiarità nascoste della zona e del luogo dove è immerso lo Champagne Underwater e anche puoi prenotare in anticipo la tua esclusiva Collezione Privilege (solo 300 bottiglie all'anno).
